Shannon L. Bryson
President | Managing Partner
Shannon is a graduate of Ohio Dominican College, Ohio Peace Officer Training Academy, Seminole State College (Law Enforcement Program) and worked for four years in narcotics investigation. In 2000, he joined Century Security in Orlando, FL, serving as Operations Manager, VP, and President. Subsequently, he joined KKP Security Group in Central Florida as the Director of Operations. He is a founding partner of THM.
Vaughn R. Bryson
Vice President | Managing Partner
In 2004, Vaughn joined Century Security as an Operations Manager, after working as a consultant for them since 2002. After leaving Century in 2014, Vaughn went on to start Masters Security Consultants, handling events nationwide. Vaughn joined THM Security Group as Managing Partner providing premium security services for events.
Winston I. Griffin
Executive Director | Managing Partner
After serving the Miami Community as police officer for 12 years, Winston joined McDonald’s Security team as Regional Security Manager. He was promoted to Security Director in 1988 and worked with Corporate International and US Security Teams until his retirement in 2013. After retirement, he became one of the founding members of the THM Security Group.
Jerome H. Moore
Director of Operations | Managing Partner
In 1982 Jerome joined the Indianapolis Police Department and proudly served there until 1996. He started his second career as a Security Professional, first with Mays Chemical Company and then the McDonald’s Corporate Security team in 2001 as Regional Security Manager for the Indianapolis, Heartland and Great Southern Regions. He joined THM Security Group as one the founding members and Managing Partner.
